Real talk about friendship from someone who's lived it.
Friendships are some of the sweetest gifts in life, and some of the hardest to navigate. I hope you'll join me in this safe, honest place to talk about the friends we love, the ones we've lost, and the ones we're still hoping to find.
What I Do
I help women navigate the joys and heartaches of friendship with honesty, warmth, and a whole lot of lived experience. No judgment, no fluff, just real conversation.
I Coach.
Stuck in a friendship that feels off? Struggling to make new friends in this season of life? Through one-on-one Coachsulting, we’ll talk it through together and find a path forward that feels right for you.
I Speak.
On YouTube, I share stories from my own life in “The Friendship Diaries” and answer your real life questions in “The Vault.” Think of it as connecting with a friend who’s been there, over a cup of coffee.
I Write.
Every week on the blog, I tackle a new friendship topic, from uncomfortable conversations to fading friendships to finding your people. I also create guides and friendscripts to help you say the hard things with grace.

Digital Products: Guides & Friendscripts
Know what to say when it matters most. My friendscripts give you thoughtful words for the hard moments: setting a boundary, reaching out after a long silence, or letting a friendship go gently. Practical guides help you build the friendships you want.
My Story...
Hi, I’m Jen.
I’ve spent more than 30 years learning about friendship the real way: by living it. I’ve had friends who became family, friendships that quietly faded, and a few goodbyes that blindsided me and broke my heart. Along the way, I’ve been a wife for over three decades, a mom to two grown daughters, and a small business owner who has led teams of more than 100 people.
My background is in communication and human resources, with graduate coursework in family and marriage counseling. I also completed coursework and earned my certificate as a Relationship Coach. However, my best credentials are the lessons life taught me, and I started Friendship Confidential to share them with you.
I hope you’ll join me and find my site to be a slower, softer corner of the internet, where we can talk honestly about the friendships that shape us.
Good friends make life sweeter. Let’s make room for more of them.
